Moving in Chelsea: what to know

• Lofts and freight elevators: many loft buildings require COIs and freight-elevator reservations — send us the requirements when you book and we'll handle the paperwork.
• Walk-ups: narrow stairs and tight turns are common — we pad banisters and door frames standard on every job.
• Parking: truck placement on Ninth Avenue or the cross streets takes planning — we handle it so your move starts on time.
