- Elevator reservations: We coordinate with your building to reserve the service elevator for your move window.
- Move windows: Most NYC buildings restrict moves to specific hours. We schedule within your building's allowed times.
- Deposits: Some buildings require a move-in or move-out deposit. We'll remind you to confirm this with management before moving day.
- COI handling: Free Certificate of Insurance (COI), provided within 24 hours, naming your building as additionally insured.
