Moving in the Lower East Side: what to know

• Tenement stairs: narrow staircases with tight turns are standard — we pad banisters and door frames on every job and plan disassembly when a piece won't fit.
• Small elevators: older elevators mean measuring first — tell us about tight fits when you book and we'll come prepared.
• Parking: truck placement on Delancey, Orchard, or the narrow side streets takes planning — we handle it so your move starts on time.
