Moving in SoHo: what to know

• Freight elevators: most loft buildings require COIs and freight-elevator reservations — send us the requirements when you book and we'll handle the paperwork.
• Oversized pieces: lofts mean big furniture — we plan disassembly and elevator fit before move day.
• Cobblestone streets: loading on Greene Street or the cobblestone blocks takes planning — we handle truck placement so your move starts on time.
