Packing isn't one thing. A studio apartment needs a few hours and a stack of boxes. A 3-bedroom with a kitchen full of glassware needs a day and a system. We quote packing by the job — tell us what you have and how much of it, and we'll give you a straight number before we start.

Packing options, pick what you need

• Kitchen-only packing: the room that takes the longest and breaks the easiest. Dishes, glassware, pots, small appliances — double-wrapped and boxed by shelf.
• Fragile-only packing: artwork, mirrors, electronics, antiques. We bring picture boxes, bubble wrap, and corner protection and wrap each piece individually.
• Full-home packing: we pack everything — closets, bookshelves, bathrooms, the junk drawer. You walk out of one home and walk into a packed truck.
• Partial / "you start, we finish": pack what you want, we take the rest. A lot of customers pack the easy stuff and hand us the kitchen, the fragile items, and the rooms that never got done.
• Wardrobe boxes for closets: clothes go straight from the rod to the box to the rod. No folding, no re-hanging piles of laundry.

How packing day works

• We bring everything: boxes in every size, tape, bubble wrap, paper, and wardrobe boxes. You don't need to buy a single thing — materials are included in your packing quote.
• Quoted by the job, not the hour: packing is priced on what needs packing — rooms, stuff volume, fragility — so you know the number before a box gets taped.
• Labeled by room: every box gets its destination room written on it, so at the new place our crew carries boxes straight where they belong instead of stacking a mountain in the living room.
• Banisters, door frames, and moldings padded: packing crews wrap the home on the way in — padded banisters, door frames, and moldings are standard, especially in brownstones with original woodwork.

Yes — 10% off any move performed Tuesday through Thursday. Mention it when you book. (Packing paired with a midweek move gets the same discount on the move.)
