Moving in Greenpoint: what to know
- Walk-ups: narrow stairs and tight landings are the norm here. We pad banisters and door frames standard on every job.
- New buildings: waterfront buildings require COIs and elevator reservations — send us the requirements when you book and we'll handle the paperwork.
- Parking: we plan truck placement on Manhattan Avenue and Franklin Street so your move starts on time.
